How to care for your hammock
Here’s a quick guide to keep your hammocks in tip-top shape and lasting long

Opt for machine washing on a gentle cycle with mild detergent. Use a large laundry bag if possible and cold water.

Say NO to tumble drying and ironing. Instead, let them catch some air to dry. Make sure it’s completely dry before storing to prevent mold and unpleasant odors.

Bleaching is our hammocks’ enemy. Keep it far, far away from these colorful fabrics.

Avoid leaving it out in harsh weather conditions like heavy rain or intense sun, which can cause wear and tear over time. Use a storage bag or a breathable container to keep it looking fabulous.

While we love our furry friends, their claws could damage the fabric or ropes. Provide a cozy blanket for them to lay on instead of the hammock.

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders above $300 USD with code MYHOMEISMARVY. For all other orders the shipping fee is calculated on the total price after discounts and before taxes. We will prep and ship your order between 1 and 3 business days.

We will do our best to get your order to you as soon as humanly possible, however, keep in mind that estimated delivery times do not include weekends and holidays. We will prep and ship your order between 1 and 3 business days.
Changes in orders requested by the customer as well as unusual weather conditions, volume of shipments, and traffic may delay the delivery date by the courier.
Please note that due to a high volume of shipments, sometimes couriers cannot guarantee the estimated delivery dates.
Made-to-order items:
YES, you can request an item to be made to order! In this case, we need to take the time to craft the piece as ordered. The shipping time will be much longer, usually between 4 to 5 weeks. We will try to meet the order as soon as humanly possible, and we appreciate having enough time to craft something truly fabulous for you!

We ship all orders from the state of Minnesota. Please note that we do not have any store locations and cannot facilitate pick-ups or customer support in person at this time. However, we are just one click away!
Occasionally, custom-made orders may ship directly to the customer from Colombia. Depending on the urgency of the order, we will coordinate the shipping details with you to ensure timely delivery.

We provide a 14-day return/exchange window on all orders except for made-to-order and final sale items. We take pride in our work, and we want you to love each piece. If you decide the item is not for you, go to our contact page to send your request. Please include the following:
The order number (if you don’t have it we are happy to help you out!).
The address where the item will be shipped from.
The email address associated with the order.
The items to be returned.
The reason for your return.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, pieces must:
Be clean and unused.
Have no signs of wear or damage.
Have all original documents, labels and/or tags.
Be in its original packaging and condition.
We do not accept oversized boxes, this will significantly increase shipping costs.
Marvy Home is not responsible for increased fees due to large packaging, and we reserve the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. If a returned item does not meet the above return guidelines, we reserve the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
